The patients on this unit represent a diverse adult population with a wide range of complex medical problems. Collaboration with other health care professionals across disciplines is fundamental to nursing practice on White 9. Responsibilities include assuring competent, compassionate nursing care for specific patients and families.SummaryAccountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.Does this position require Patient Care?
