Job summary

Southern Health Partners in Marion, KY is seeking an RN Medical Team Administrator to lead the jail's medical operations. This full-time role focuses on clinical leadership, guiding the nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a correctional setting.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, promote safety and compliance, and collaborate with facility leadership. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with no nights or weekends, offering stability and opportunities to impact

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Experience leading nursing staff in a healthcare setting.
