Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated RN Night Shift Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the overnight shift at the Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. You will provide clinical leadership, support your team, and help ensure quality patient care in a secure correctional healthcare environment where your expertise is valued.

Lead the night team, coordinate nursing operations, manage patient assessments and treatments, and collaborate with providers to maintain

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license.
• Experience in nursing leadership or supervision preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to lead while supporting a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for the night shift nursing team.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for nursing staff during overnight hours.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure efficient patient care.
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response as needed.
• Support compliance with nursing standards, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and encourage team members while promoting a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to maintain continuity of care.
• Complete accurate documentation and quality assurance responsibilities.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Supervisor Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We're Looking For

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license


• Previous nursing leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
