Job summary

Southern Health Partners is hiring a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) for the Waushara County Jail. This daytime position runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin.
• Experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
• Strong coordination and oversight skills for healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting.
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties.
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff.
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership.
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care.
• Assist with organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department.
