Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join the healthcare team at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This is a full-time, daytime role with hours from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, offering a sign-on and retention bonus and a chance to stay clinically engaged while coordinating and overseeing the medical team.

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
• Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
• Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
• Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team
