Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking an RN Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) for the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–1:30 PM schedule, combining hands-on nursing care with clinical leadership and team coordination in a structured correctional healthcare setting.

You will oversee nursing care delivery, coordinate daily medical team operations, perform assessments and treatments, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting.
• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the medical team.
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Help maintain compliance with applicable healthcare standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with documentation, communication, and coordination of patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the healthcare team.
