Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in Florida.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising them as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient care and ensure teamwork.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient information and care activities in the medical record.
• Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust to improve patient health outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards compliance within the facility.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care within the healthcare team to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement activities.
• Respond promptly to code situations with appropriate interventions.
