Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the patient and identifies care needs.
• Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Administers medications as ordered by physician.
• Maintains accurate patient care records.
• Establishes collaborative interdisciplinary relationships.
• Supports patients’ cultural and spiritual beliefs within medical regimen.
