Job summary

AdventHealth in Minneola, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time position in a 36-hour weekly schedule. You will monitor nursing performance, mentor staff, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential to coordinate care across the healthcare team. Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN license, and BLS certification, with 1+ year of acute care hospital experience

Responsibilities

Monitor nursing staff performance and give feedback and appraisals.
Mentor staff, organize training, and support career development.
Resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
Lead quality improvement initiatives with data analysis to enhance patient care.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate care.
Precept and mentor new staff with hands-on training and feedback.
