Job summary

The role involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, creating care plans, administering medications, and educating patients and families. Eligible clinicians may earn salary increases through the Clinical Ladder Program based on performance and advancement criteria.

Required ASN with RN license and BLS; BSN preferred. 1+ year acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and update them as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments following orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.
