Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing is preferred.
• 1+ year in acute care hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with staff to coordinate patient care and maintain effective teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
