Texas Health Huguley is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care within a multidisciplinary team. You will assess needs, plan and implement care, and coordinate discharge with community resources in a high-quality setting.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, RN license with BLS, and flexibility for shift timing and patient handling responsibilities. Exceptional clinical judgment and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• RN license and BLS certification required.
• 1+ acute care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/move patients and work weekends/irregular hours.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assess patients' goals and discharge planning needs.
• Coordinate post-hospital care with community resources.
• Manage patient transitions and discharge documentation.
• Administer medications and IV fluids per physician orders.
• Ensure safety and infection control in patient care.
