HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical unit. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with state and specialty standards, collaborating with the care team and providers to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.

You will assess patients, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families. This role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based practice and active involvement in patient advocacy.

Qualifikationen

• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) required.
• RN Colorado DORA or Multi State licensure required.
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required.
• RN experience of 6 months minimum required.

Aufgaben

• Assess the patient's condition at admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic response, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide prompt, attentive care and respond to patient requests and needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps.
