Job summary

HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical care, delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing aligned with state standards. You will collaborate with providers to ensure compassionate care and positive outcomes.

You will assess, intervene, and educate patients and families, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to nursing models while supporting the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Colorado DORA or Multistate RN license is mandatory.
• RN with an associate degree or diploma meets education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor response, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide timely, empathetic care and promptly address patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up plans.
