You will coordinate orientation with facility departments, maintain staff competency, and drive ongoing education based on needs assessments and regulatory requirements, collaborating with Clinical Specialists, educators, and providers across Holy Cross Hospitals in Utah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• RN license in state of employment.
• Specialty certification due within six months.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience.
• Two years in the designated specialty.
• Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation with facility departments and ongoing staff competency.
• Plan and evaluate a comprehensive education program based on needs and regulations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists, educators and providers to improve patient care.
• Incorporate evidence-based practice and adult learning theory in courses.
• Facilitate opportunities for nurses and students to develop knowledge and skills.
• Act as a change agent to support specialty education initiatives.
