Job summary

Savoymedical is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in the medical/surgical setting. You will communicate with physicians and nursing leadership about changes in patient conditions and test results, and respond quickly to evolving clinical situations.

General nursing duties across departments will be performed under supervision. Required: state RN licensure and BCLS; ACLS/PALS certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure.
• Current BCLS certification.
• ACLS certification encouraged.
• PALS certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical/surgical setting.
• Communicates with physicians, Nurse Manager, and co-workers about changes in patient condition and diagnostic results.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Performs general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
