Job summary

Flatrock Manor, a Michigan-based adult foster care provider, is seeking a Medical Supervisor to oversee clinical care in our homes. You will lead direct care staff, monitor medications, and ensure licensing compliance to support residents’ health and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate is a State of Michigan licensed RN with 2-3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to serving vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• RN license MI required
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Experience with resident care plans and health monitoring a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support direct care staff to deliver high-quality resident care
• Oversee medication administration and health monitoring
• Ensure compliance with Michigan licensing standards and regulations
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and external providers
• Respond to health concerns and provide guidance in urgent situations
• Promote a safe, respectful, home-like environment for residents
