Job summary

Flatrock provides compassionate adult foster care across Michigan. We are seeking a Medical Supervisor to oversee clinical care and daily health needs in our licensed homes.

You will lead and support direct care staff, ensure licensing compliance, and champion person-centered care for residents. As part of our administration, you will coordinate with physicians, families, and external providers, respond to health concerns, and promote a safe, home-like environment where residents receive

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of Michigan.
• Experience in adult foster care is a plus.
• 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of medication management and resident care plans.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for serving vulnerable populations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

What We're Looking For
