Qualifications
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Active licensure to practice nursing in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessment and collect health data from patients, families, and healthcare team.
- Coordinate patient care plan to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.
- Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Educate patients and families based on comprehensive assessments.
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and monitor nursing practice quality.
