Premise Health is seeking a PRN Medical Office Receptionist to join our Health & Wellness Center in Houston, TX, working with United Airlines staff. This role supports patient intake, scheduling, and front-desk operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and front desk/medical office experience, with strong customer service and organizational skills. Flexible schedule is required, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains filing for patient charts and scheduling
• Answers phones and triages inquiries

• Greets and directs patients and visitors
• Registers patients and updates records in system
• Coordinates referrals with insurance/physicians
• Processes billings and collects payments
• Maintains accuracy and quality in daily tasks
• Demonstrates professional, respectful conduct
• Performs other duties as assigned
