Mass General Brigham is seeking a Medical Infusion Center Registered Nurse to deliver nursing care in the Cooley Dickinson Hospital infusion area in Northampton. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, following established nursing standards.

The role is per diem, onsite with a day shift, requiring MA RN licensure and BLS, plus one year medical/surgical experience and therapeutic phlebotomy pacing within three months.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Massachusetts with BLS required.
• At least 1 year of Medical/Surgical experience preferred.
• Therapeutic Phlebotomy competency within 3 months of hire.

Job Summary The Medical Infusion Center Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Registered Nurse directs and coordinates all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards and collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. This position is part of the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. This position reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
