Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an experienced RN in Medical Imaging for Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in line with organizational policies and professional standards, ensuring high-quality patient care and documentation. Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, four 10-hour shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Banner Registry and Travel roles require a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulates a plan of care and discharge plan based on patient data and input from family and health team.
• Implements the plan of care, delegating and supervising activities of the health care team.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care and teaching as needed.
• Documents assessments, plans and outcomes in the patient record and communicates with care team.
