Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to join the Medical ICU team. You will provide patient-centered care using advanced technology and education, and support skill development for ongoing professional growth.

The role is ideal for RNs aiming to enhance expertise and impact patient experiences, with a night schedule and on-site responsibilities at Weston, FL.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program).
• Experience: 2 years of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience.
• Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); BLS and ACLS certifications within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

Requirements

Education:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
