Qualifications

• BLS through AHA is required.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse or Medical Assistant is essential.
• EPIC experience is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and assist with patient intake.
• Room patients in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist provider with examinations and procedures.
• Administer injections, immunizations and medications.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG's and vision screenings.
• Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
