Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 30 days of hire.
- Physical requirements: lift/push 50 pounds, standing/walking, and access to bending, kneeling, twisting.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
- Work weekends 7 p.m.–7 a.m. with orientation included.
- Maintain professional accountability and ensure safety and quality of care.
