Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN licensure in MO or compact licensure.
• Experience in hospital setting preferred.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain accountability.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers; coordinates care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality and adheres to Mercy Service Standards.
