Requirements include BLS within 30 days, graduation from accredited nursing program, Texas RN license (or multi-state compact) and at least 1 year of acute care RN experience.

Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days of hire date.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• RN license to practice in Texas or multi-state compact license.
• Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Care Planning: Implement and track customized, evidence-based patient care plans.
• Condition Monitoring: Communicate real-time clinical changes to the care team.
• Interdisciplinary Lead: Coordinate disciplines for holistic patient care.
• Order Execution: Execute physician and nursing directives with clinical accuracy.
• Transition Strategy: Manage discharge planning for safe patient transitions.
