Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent role. New grads are welcome. Shifts are 12 hours with days or nights available, and there is potential for relocation assistance to support your transition.

Pay starts at $27.75/hour for new grads without a BSN, $29.25/hour for RNs with a BSN, with additional pay based on experience. BLS/ACLS/PALS are required or obtainable within 6 months; weekend and holiday coverage is required.

• $27.75/hour – New grad RN (no BSN)

• Additional pay based on experience

• Weekend: Every other weekend
• Holiday: Every other holiday

Float Requirements:

• Float to Skilled Nursing and OB (Postpartum care)

Education & Certifications:

• BLS / ACLS / PALS (can be obtained within 6 months of hire through SWMC)
