The Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical at Talented Medical Solutions provides coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients, guided by established standards and the nursing process. The role supervises nursing staff and coordinates care with multiple disciplines to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications include RN licensure in the state, PALS and ACLS certifications, and a BSN as a preferred credential.

Formación

Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
