Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group per established standards of care and the nursing process. The RN supervises various levels of nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines while using critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.

Education & Licenses: CA RN licensure is required; CPR/BLS certifications are required; BSN is preferred; acute care

Job Summary

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)
• Acute care facility experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice (Required)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification (Required)
