Job summary

White Rock Medical Center is seeking a compassionate RN to provide patient-centered care in a combined Med/Surg Telemetry setting. The role includes coordinating care, teaching patients and families, and leading with an interdisciplinary team to maintain nursing standards.

The position requires active Texas RN licensure with BLS and ACLS as applicable, plus preferred BSN. You will work in a dynamic hospital near White Rock Lake with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Texas RN license required.
• BLS (AHA) required.
• ACLS (AHA) required or preferred based on unit needs.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry patients and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications safely and accurately per policy.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document nursing process accurately in the EMR.
• Communicate with physicians and team using SBAR.
