Job summary

White Rock Medical Group in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate patient-centered care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting. The RN will manage both medical-surgical and telemetry-monitored patients, ensuring safe medication administration and effective communication with the healthcare team. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience required.
• Med-Surg or Telemetry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret EKG rhythms preferred.
• BLS (AHA required).
• ACLS (AHA required or preferred based on unit needs).
• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to patients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient-centered care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
• Documents patient data accurately and timely in the EMR.
• Monitors telemetry patients and interprets cardiac rhythms.
• Administers medications according to standards.
• Provides patient and family education.
