White Rock Medical Center in Dallas seeks compassionate RN to deliver patient-centered care in a Med-Surg Telemetry setting. You will coordinate care and teach patients and families while leading with nursing standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring telemetry, interpreting rhythms, administering medications safely, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Med-Surg or Telemetry experience preferred.
• Active RN license in the State of Texas.
• BLS (AHA required).
• ACLS (AHA required or preferred).
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret EKG rhythms preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered care in Med-Surg Telemetry.
• Coordinate care and teach patients and families.
• Monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond to changes.
• Administer medications safely per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to maintain nursing standards.
