Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full‑time night shift on a medical floor. The unit cares for adult patients with respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis diagnoses, and observation patients. A sign‑on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered where applicable.

The RN will assess and plan care, coordinate with the health team, and oversee LPNs/CNAs while adhering to guidelines. A BSN and Montana RN licensure are required, with BLS on hire and preferred national certification.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana RN License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.
• National Certification in area of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients and families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
