Job summary

Intermountain Health – Holy Rosary Hospital in Miles City, Montana, seeks a Registered Nurse for a Med Surg/ICU hybrid role designed to progressively build critical care experience while keeping Med Surg as the home unit.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, 36 hours per week, and a comprehensive benefits package. Current RN license required; BSN preferred; on-site nights/weekends possible.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred and/or completion within four years, with consideration given for extensive acute-care experience.
• Certification as appropriate for unit or service.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
• Document in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
• Utilize resources as needed.
• Promote mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health and abide by service behavior standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications.
• May be required to be placed on-call during a scheduled shift.
