Job summary

Jobguard is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med/Surg/Telemetry department with a focus on patient care leadership. This role involves utilizing the nursing process, teaching diverse patient groups, and managing nursing resources. The ideal candidate must have a current RN license and BLS certification, with a Bachelor's in nursing being preferred. The position requires flexibility in adapting to different patient populations and offers a challenging work environment while ensuring care excellence within safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Certification in clinical specialty area is preferred.

• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patient needs.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources.
