Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing interventions and administer medications as directed.
• Document patient progress and update care plans.
• Coordinate with the health care team and educate patients and families.
• Mentor/licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
• Ensure adherence to standards and policies for safety and quality.
