Qualifications

• RN with licensed credential and current practice.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per individualized plan of care.
• Perform assessments, evaluations and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care.
• Maintain infection prevention and medication safety standards.
