Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• Registered Nurse license in state (Required).
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs by applying standards of practice in Critical Care/Telemetry units.
• Partners with patients and families to develop, implement and evaluate plan of care and treatments.
• Demonstrates urgency to facilitate patient throughput and maintain quality outcomes.
• Educates patients/families and documents education and discharge instructions.
• Accurately completes clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards and regulations.
• Delegates and prioritizes tasks to ensure safe, quality patient care.
