Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing acceptable with commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments for assigned patients, considering age, psychosocial, cultural, and environmental factors.
• Educate patients and families, addressing learning needs and readiness.
• Develop and update the nursing care plan with input from the care team.
