Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med/Surg Observation Unit at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 6 months RN acute care experience.
• ADN required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and update plans of care.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to support staff.
• Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age.
• Maintain professional accountability and ongoing development.
