Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med/Surg Observation Unit at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City.

The RN provides direct patient care in a hospital setting, collaborating with the team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for observation patients. This role requires an active RN license, BLS, and an ADN from a nursing program.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.

Responsibilities
