The ideal candidate holds an Associate's in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) with 1+ year acute care experience and strong communication skills in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing is preferred.
• 1+ acute care hospital setting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical, psychological, and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records and ensure compliance with infection control.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement activities.
• Respond to code situations promptly and provide necessary interventions.
