Decatur County Hospital in Iowa is seeking a registered nurse for the Med-Surg unit. The role focuses on direct and indirect patient care, with accountability for ongoing evaluation and documentation of care delivered. The nurse will coordinate and supervise the shift and work area while collaborating with internal and external customers.

Summary: This position is responsible for the direct and indirect provision of professional nursing care of the patients in the Med-Surg. The nurse is accountable for ongoing evaluation and documentation of all components of care delivered to customers, including coordination and direct supervision of the shift and work area. Collaborates with internal and external customers.
