Job summary

Ascension St John Broken Arrow is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts in the Med Surg department. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and execute physician and nursing orders according to policy.

Requirements include an Oklahoma RN license and a nursing diploma or equivalent licensure; BLS certification within 30 days of hire is also required. Ascension offers comprehensive benefits and professional development.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date.
• RN credential with Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans and communicate patient condition.
• Act as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders; provide direct nursing care per policies.
