Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Telemetry team at Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time night shift role emphasizes continuous patient monitoring, accurate documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.

The ideal candidate will have an Oklahoma RN license and a current BLS certification, with a diploma or equivalent licensure at hire.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date is required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire
