Job summary

Hudson Regional Health in Hoboken, NJ seeks an RN for Med Surg/Telemetry on the day shift. This full-time role requires active NJ RN license, BLS and ACLS, and a BSN is preferred. Minimum two years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience is expected to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

The nurse will assess, implement and evaluate care plans, delegating tasks to the health care team and coordinating with rehabilitation staff to maximize patient independence and return home when possible.

Qualifications

• RN/NJ License required.
• BLS and ACLS certificates required.
• BSN preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in Med Surg/Telemetry required.

Responsibilities
