Job summary

Hudson Regional Hospital in Hoboken, NJ seeks an RN-Med Surg M/S 6SO for a full-time day shift (7am–7:30pm) to join our Med/Surg unit. The role requires an active RN license in New Jersey, BLS and ACLS, and at least 2 years of Med/Surg/Telemetry experience.

You will assess, implement and evaluate delivery of care, delegate patient care to the health care team, and coordinate with rehabilitation staff to maximize a patient’s independence and safe return to their prior residence.

Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

RN is responsible for assessing, implementing and evaluating the delivery care; the professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team which may include coordination of services with rehabilitation staff to maximize the patient's independence to return to their prior residence.
