Job summary

Hudson Regional Hospital in Hoboken, NJ seeks an experienced registered nurse to assess, implement and evaluate patient care in Med Surg/Telemetry. The RN will be responsible for delegation and coordination of care with the health‑care team and rehabilitation staff to maximize patients' independence and return to their prior residence.

Required: NJ RN license, BLS and ACLS certs, and at least 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in New Jersey.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ Med Surg/Telemetry experience.

What You'll Be Doing

RN is responsible for assessing, implementing and evaluating the delivery care; the professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team which may include coordination of services with rehabilitation staff to maximize the patient's independence to return to their prior residence.
