Job summary

Hoboken University Hospital in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Unit (MN/S 4NO) on a full-time day shift. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, and coordinate with rehab staff to maximize patient independence and return to their prior residence.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing, NJ RN license, and BLS certification. 0–1 years of experience required; 2–4 years preferred. Shift: 7am–7:30pm with rotational weekends.

What You'll Be Doing

The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team, which may include coordination of services with rehabilitation staff to maximize the patient’s independence to return to their prior residence.
